We’ll start with plenty of free advice, followed by some clear proposals - and when you’re happy to appoint us then one of our surveyors will visit your home and conduct a full 3D scan. From this we will create the required architectural plans to help you fully visualise your proposed extension. 📐

We will navigate the planning process for you. Once those lovely planning officers grant approval for your scheme, we can then fully detail it so the builders can step in and get it built for you. Sounds easy? Generally it is! Extending your home should be a fun process - but the more effort put in at the planning stage, the easier and more enjoyable the process will be. 👍
